US Continues Liberal Economics Foreign Policy

Great! Some might wonder why a centrist-libertarian-conservative type blogger would be posting this link (Latest Business News and Financial Information | Reuters.com) Well, it's not officially a conservative platform to support debt relief to poor states. However, it: costs the US very little; alleviates burden in states where capital is needed; increases goodwill; furthers the US foreign policy of spreading liberal economic development. N.B. Liberal economic development != liberal domestic US policy. Places where this kind of debt relief will take place are the same kinds of places where radicalism has a good chance of developing due to mass poverty and anti-US sentiment. So, hooray for the Bush administration!
